Semiconductor Device Group

We are working in both the EPSRC SUNTRAP project and on a second project with Imperial College on thermal photovoltaics. As part of the Imperial project we have developed a silicon photovoltaic platform at Glasgow that can be used to test different coatings and plasmonic absorbers.
