Antonio's PhotoHello and welcome to my web page. I currently work as a Research Assistant at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. My research project is on quantum simulation of nano-MOSFET devices using the Non equilibrium Green function formalism. Now we are trying to develop a 3D-Green function simulator to model unintentional doping and surface roughness effects on small Double Gate transistors. I am interested in a time dependent description of carrier transport in nanotransistors using the Keldysh formalism.

I  was born in Cuba and did my PhD studies in the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, " Lagom". The title of my PhD thesis is " Hole Transport in 4H-SiC and GaN". The thesis was focus on development of Monte Carlo code which includes band to band tunneling at high electric fields.

I like Swimming and play chess.   Favorite books "QED" and "Quantum electrodynamics" from R. P. Feynman.
